Privacy and advertising

We process your name, email, plot location and order information to prepare, charge for and deliver reports, manage accounts and provide support. Stripe processes payments.

For advertising, we store an ad click reference only when permitted. We send Google Ads that reference, an order identifier, the confirmed payment time, the actual amount paid and currency to measure purchases and optimize advertising. We do not send names, emails or plot locations to Google Ads.

The essential cp_ad_visitor cookie links choices to a visitor for 90 days. We record advertising choices, time, region and notice version; later rejection preserves earlier acceptance evidence. A permitted click reference remains in browser storage for up to 90 days.

Where consent is required, advertising measurement is blocked until acceptance. Unknown regions are blocked too. Country-level location cannot distinguish Quebec, so we request consent throughout Canada. Elsewhere regional rules apply and explicit refusal is honored.

Change or withdraw consent through Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal prevents new uploads, including orders awaiting payment. Previously blocked events are never replayed. Withdrawal cannot erase measurements Google already received.
